My new build. I'm not a good carpenter lol, but it came ok, i think. I really need one more just like it. it's 4x8" 7' tall in the front 6' in the back. It's also on wheels so when i need to move it I can pull it with the 4 wheeler. Cost me around $400 to build.
I came here to ask the same question. we just cleaned ours that we raise in april of this year. One was 38.5lb and the other was 34.8lb after cleaning them. I was planing on smoking one for christmas and freezing the other. Anyone ever smoked a turkey this big? Any advice?
Quality wise i can't tell you it's the first one i've had. Here are some pic's of the finished product. The instructions recommended to seal with Thompson water seal.
In houma no chickens yet but just picked this up from sams got to start putting it together.
