    Hi All!! I recently bought a 10-12 week old Australorp. I had a nice plump pullet chosen out, but was then told to choose another, who was almost as plump, but developing slower. I was told that her ear lobes were less developed and this ment she would end up a bigger, nicer bird... How true is...

    The first looks to be an Australorp X Rhode Island Red. Pure bread australorp has black eyes and legs. ;-)
