I have a dilemma.....I think my two buff geese are actually a pair. We had been collecting them and eating them but we found blood in an egg. Is it true only male geese hiss? And my female only sits maybe 12 hours a day, is this normal? -

Well.....I know why my geese never have babies.....they both girls! One is turning broody though...anybody live near Ithaca NY that needs a live incubator lol..... -

OK everyone I need help. My american buff goose laid her eggs outside next to the house. She built a nest, and has 4 eggs. So far she his not sat on them. What do I do? The weather is rally cold out and I don't have an incubator. Should. Take one of the eggs and crack it to see if its fertile... -

Once before I complained that my geese haven't laid a single egg in 2 years.....well I just found a nest with 4 eggs in it below the kitchen window! Hooray! Come on fuzzies! -

Me to. I would hate to have to order some. Its so expensive. And I don't have PayPal so I'm out ta luck on here
