For anyone interested, I was able to book rooms at the Clarion, about 8 miles from the fairgrounds for 48 dollars a night. Indoor pool hot tub, free breakfast, love to see more poultry people at our hotel.

There is a show in Hutchison Oct 23 24 25, not a swap per say, but they will have a for sale section. Mind you that this is a show, so most birds for sale will be pure bred. My dad is going, he's taking quite few Grey Japs and Black Japs, also Rosecomb White Leghorn Bantams. Maybe a few Seramas.

Your best option is to google poultry shows close to where you live. It is not a slamdunk that there will be Faverolles there. The bantams seem more common than the standards. Maybe try posting if a breeder is going to be at the show near you. Then you can get a first hand look at the stock...

There is a large swap in Kankakee IL this Sunday. Will be bringing approx 20 pairs of Seramas, several trios and pairs of Gray and Black Japs. A couple trios of BB Red Phoenix large Fowl. Also Rosecomb White leghorn Bantams. Silgle comb White leghorn bantams.

I don't know where you are located, but have many gray japs, I live in IL, but will be going to Hutchinson MN in Oct for the show up there. Also going to Columbus OH in Nov. Many pairs are show quality.
