    Nope. Unfortunately they can not free range. They are in a very large covered run. Nothing could get in with them plus we are the only house with chickens for miles! First in our neighborhood to have them. I’m going to guess that the one egg that definitely looked fertilized is just a weird...

    No crowing yet. I have had them all since one day old. They are now 6 months old. I haven’t lost any of them. I adore these damn chickens and spend tons of time with them. I have seen ALL of them in nest boxes but i guess one is trying to fool me. Ha!

    These eggs are no older than 3 days. I collect eggs twice a day and only have 8 chickens.
