    I have 17 hens and 6 laying boxes... they use 2 of them :) 3 on occasion...

    No, but I should take a picture of that! Since we sell fertile eggs, the EE's are free ranged and the other two breeds are penned up, so all the eggs will be the EE varieties....

    I did not care for our Polish, although they are fun to look at they always seemed weak, nit very spirited. But, we loved the couple of black sexed linked hens we had. Hope that helps!

    We've had four of them. The best breed of turkey we've ever owned! Wonderful personalities, good layers, friendly toms. But best of all the a BEAUTIFUL!

    Chickens not eating (much) and not laying

    Sometimes we add water to our chickens feed to make a mash for them. They really enjoy it, and its a great way to keep them hydrated when the water freezes.

    Just wanted to share some of my Easter Eggers! Love this breed so much. We currently own 3 roosters 17 hens and 11 chicks (thats just the EE's!)

    I adore Cackle! I try to only do business with them, would recommend them to anyone. From chicks, ducks, to turkeys I've always been very happy with them. And the cackle surprise is so much fun!

    Thanks! I never did find out what the poults were. They died a couple of days after I posted, I still do not know what happened, but I think they were BBW and since I thought they were RP I didnt limit their feed, so that might have something to do with it. I have never lost a poult that late in...

    I wanna show off my sebastopols! Here's Rex and Rosie. They are my 1 1/2 year old breeding pair that I lucked into then almost sold, but now I'm glad I didnt!
