    She’s healing so nicely! It’s amazing at how well they heal. We still have her separated from the rest of the flock though.

    This is from this morning, before cleaning and adding neosporin. She was awake and more alert this am! Drinking water.

    Not a great photo- but she is loving the stuffed animal my daughter put in with her. She didn’t eat much that I’ve seen, but has had a good bit of water.

    Thank you so much! I will. She is more active today than she was yesterday by eating, drinking and walking some in her little safe space. She has started actually making noise too. Hopefully, she will pull through this!

    Love our Silver Laced Wyandotte girls. They're almost a year old, and have yet to lay every day consecutively, but we love them!

    Hi! Yes, we have her in the house with us. I’ve been using vetericyn spray and neosporin.

    You really can’t see the full extent of her injury. The back of her neck is also showing.. and the skin has fallen down around the base of her neck. After I cleaned it, I tried to pull it back up, but there wasn’t enough.
