    That I will definitely be doing, I thought mine had that this spring and it really freaked me out (ended up being respiratory problems) good to know, thanks! I'm super excited to get my chicks..now I just have to wait for mama to get broody again.

    I don't mind hybrid but I do want to get heavier breeds because my smaller one's jump the fence, then panic because they can't get back in and start running at me full force yapping away like they have quite an adventure to tell me about!

    Hmm, I know the baby is a RIR She was ordered as a fertilized egg from my pet chicken, but she's only 3 week's old. I hope that doesn't mean she's going to be mean like these guy's are, really the only nice one's are mama and the young red sex link. The older one's even bite me.
