Yay! Got two eggs today!! My golden sebright laid her first. The top row is my Phoenix (laying every other day) and the bottom is the sebright, 21 1/2 weeks. A little more pinkish but both are cream colored.

No, she hasn't. They go back and forth pecking the crap out of each other but at the end of the day, when it comes to treats, my layer, Pecker wins. Peep doesn't even come after me, she is very shy and timid.

We're getting an egg every other day from our Phoenix. Getting a little larger each day and a little shade darker. The one on the right is the first, the left I got today. Can't wait for breakfast in the morning!!
That's what I was thinking. There was a little blood on it, poor girl. She didn't even tell me, I checked the nesting boxes when I got home and surprise!

My chickens don't want anything to do with the color white. Every time I put treats or veggies in a white bowl they ignore it but yellow, well now your talking. I doubt yours will care about the paint color, your post made me think of that.

My Phoenix does this, sweet one day and feathers up coming at me the next. The last time I poked her "like a beak" or another chicken and it worked. She still pecks my feet but No other signs of dominance. about every other day we go through this. Sweet girl but right now she's ignoring me cause...
