She's all healed up and runs around perfectly fine. Thank you so much for helping. I think that it'd be a good thing for others to know that it can be fixed more than 24 hours after the tendon pops out, killing it isn't the best option
I put some splints on the bottom two parts of her leg. I'm not sure if that'll work as I'm not sure yet what is entirely wrong but just have to keep trying
My mom got a baby chick and wants me to doctor it. Something in its leg is broken or nit right, it hops around with the feathery bit pushed out and when I hold it upside down, it doesn't curl it's toes. If it's broke, I don't know where to look and how to splint it
I think this is where I would post it but anyway, is there any reason why the biggest of my polish chicks isn't getting as big of a poof on her head as the others? She's the biggest of the 5, but her poof is small and hasn't seemed to have grown. Is that normal?
My mom got this one, not sure what breed. It recently started picking on 3 other chicks and I had to separate them. Do you think it could be a rooster?
