Mine won’t eat mint. I tried giving it to them this summer as a treat, plain and frozen in ice cubes. They just wouldn’t eat it. I tried peppermint and sweet mint, both I grow myself.
I don't have problems with mites, thank goodness. If I do I will try that. Thank you! I was just wanting to try oils and herbs recommended to hopefully fend them off.😀
Oh no, thank goodness. Just found it in organic food store and picked it up. I've read that peppermint is good at keeping vermin away. Also read that if coop needs cleaning to use vinegar spray. I'll just put peppermint, the herb in there to be safe.
