    Will someone tell me what this could possibly be? I don't think it's bumblefoot. It's on the side of her foot. And this morning the bump started bleeding.

    That's cute. Yeah our hens are all really sweet too. They squat with their wings open when you go to pick them up. :-)

    That's so funny when I first started collecting chickens I didn't want a rooster 'cos of their big wattles, but now I love my roosters and I pet their wattles lol.

    Tracy123- I know it's kinda late but I hope your chick survived! We had a similar problem with one of my hens and she didn't make it....Anyway I hope things turned out different for you.
