Yes that is what happened. The other 4 older birds prety much stay away when moma wants them to. All are doing very well. I am looking for a chart that tells me what my 1 month old chicks can eat. Halloween... cab they eat pumpkin innards...

I have 5 older chickens. One became broody so I tried getting 4 fertilized eggs. All hatched. 1) how quickly can I have them be with the older chickens? 2) what extra food should I giver besides chick feed? Kevin
