AH, my coop is finished!!!! They delivery driver will be getting in contact with us soon to discuss the delivery date! I'm going to drive up there later today or tomorrow and get some photos of it.

Yeah so my barred rock pullet is actually a cockerel
I can't have roosters in my area so I have to get rid of him asap. Luckily someone at my dads work actually breeds barred rocks and other chicken breeds. They're gonna see if they have a pullet the same age as him and do a trade 
so fingers cross
Starting to worry about one of my pullets turning out to be a cockerel
Guess I'll have to wait and find out. If she is a hen I really hope her attitude changes because she is so aggressive with me and the other chicks.
Really loving this site! I'm going to try my best to be as active as I can.
Chicks are going to be 4 weeks on the 25th and they're all already looking very feathered out haha. Can't wait to see how my Easter Egger Eleanor is going to look once matured.
I have so much respect for those with large flocks I have no idea how ya'll do it! I only have 4 chicks right now and they are running me ragged!!!
Finally found a well built chicken coop for the chickens should be ready for delivery in around 2 - 3 weeks which will be perfect timing! As that should put the chicks right around the time they can be in the coop. -
