Was he a wild call duck? You said he hates humans is why I asked. If he was a dog I would say he os very stressed. Diarrhea can be a reaction to stress. Best of luck with him -

Hi, i have 2, 7 month old Khaki Campbell ducks. They started laying eggs about 5 days ago. I found 4 eggs ( guessing hubby missed the first two on sunday) monday, nothing tuesday then 1 on wednesday and thursday. Is it normal for them to start laying gradually like this? These are my first... -

Ok, here is a better pic of Frog. The light doesnt show his bright green head but you can see his breast. -

Its a bad picture....but yes the top right is Frog. He molting and is getting a bright green head. When he got his adult feathers he was the samw color as the girls. When they started molting he has gotten a lot more color. Will try to get a better pic, hes not very cooperative. :-) -

Ii am new to ducks as well. I do know they need water close to their food because they dont have teeth. The water helps them swallow the food. :) -

Here are my three campbells Frog(drake), Paddy(after paddington bear) and Puddles. I am a big Oregon duck fan so of course had to name my duck after "the duck" :-)
