    Try using Durvet electrolytes an vitamin mix. They can lack niacin at a young age but you can stop and reverse it. Follow directions, keep refrigerated and give for as long as you need. I had a duck that had that issue and it worked on her.

    Add a scoop to gallon of water to keep in fridge, give this vitamin water everyday refreshing daily or it will spoil. Can give until it clears up.

    I'm in same situation, not enough grass area for them, have a gated garden during the day, and will get rubber mats with holes for drainage for their run...tried river rock, git too congested for water to clear poop, tried fake grass it was too long but shorter version could work.
