Try using Durvet electrolytes an vitamin mix. They can lack niacin at a young age but you can stop and reverse it. Follow directions, keep refrigerated and give for as long as you need. I had a duck that had that issue and it worked on her.

I am very sorry to hear this, are you giving her supplements like Poultry Cell or Liquid B Complex? Do you have pictures of her?
Is she able to eat and drink with out assistance?
