Waterfowl for Meat Production Thread - Ducks, Geese, and Muscovies

Keeping turkeys and peafowl with other birds?
I have my place set up well right now for ducks & geese on one side, chickens on the other. Each has their own coop, and when I grow meat birds they have a completely separate area. How many of you FULLY Free Range your Cornish X Meaties? Tractors do not count.
To follow up to my earlier post, all my chickens are now in the freezer and it went great! In total out of 52 broilers I lost 5. The first 3 all went on day 4 and 5 (chicks were shivering when I got them from the truck company), and then one at 4 weeks and one at 5 weeks for unknown reasons...- KodiakFox

There is something off with my ancona duckling. I have two of them from the same place and the other one is normal. This one baby seems to always look wet. Hey Ducky, Depending on where you live keeping wild birds may be illegal (it is where I live). Wild animals generally always do better in the wild, so if your goose flies away I would let him. And it seems the puffiness is all gone after a day so it must have been fluid retention! All three are... -
