So just spray ½ oz on the chicken’s feathers while they sit on the roost at night (then saturate the coop in the morning when they got outside tomorrow? ? Seems too easy…
Please tell me the correct dilution to dip or spray my chickens- I just lost one to anemia… and last month I treated them 3x 10 days apart with pour on iver & still lost our sweet girl to mites/lice last night.
I have a sand floor coop and 20 chickens. So I need to spray the coop and the sand…...
When fighting a “silent war” - we must be proactive. We are inundated with bioweapons around our area (probably yours too) and unfortunately I have had to change my approach. I am all for natural immunity- not a germ-o-phobe (like my hubby) but our environments/soil/food supply/air is FULLY...
how are your chickens doing now on this regimen? Have you noticed any illnesses, or are they immune boosted? Could you estimate a safe # of CDS drops for these pans of water - 3” deep by about 30” diameter…
You are a wealth of information! ♥️
My question is for use in a sand floor coop… I have a poop hammock but some droppings escape… the chickens love to dig, sand bath and eat the grit in the sand. Is there any concern with adding this to the sand / sprinkling the Sweet PDZ around the coop sand...
So the beauty of eating this way is how satiated I am- I literally (for the first time in 20 yrs of sickness/doctors/medicines) don’t care about going back to eating any of the carbs or whatever. If I am hungry- I eat- and a steak & eggs or shimp sounds fantastic to me! If it doesn’t sound...
I lost 80 lbs switching to a plant-free high fat/medium protein/zero carb diet. Also reversed a myriad of 20+ years of debilitating illnesses including Hypertension, pre-diabetes, IBS, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, psoriasis, depression, plantar’s fasciitis, sun-intolerance and more! #carnivore...
My head is spinning. I read through 14 pages of this thread…
Situation: Lost 13 of my flock over the past 3 months.
PCR results confirmed ALV & Marek’s today… I don’t want to cull. FYI, The vaccinated chicks were 90% of the deaths.
I now have 22 (5 roos + 17 hens) and all are in...
Has Flora made a full recovery? I found this thread because I am on day 3 off dealing with this issue with my one of my 3 month old Lavender Orpingtons.. same symptoms. 🥰
The two free-ranger roos grew up with the big ole Lavender Americana, but were too “rambunctious” for the 7 remaining hens. We have since added a few dozen pullets (one turned out to be a little roo 🙄). We want to put them all together now that the hens are all getting mature. They dance along...
I have 2 free ranging roosters I need to integrate with an older/gentler bigger Americana roo also. Hoping now that they arent so young and full of “vim & vigor” it will be easier. I have more hens now too so 4 roosters might have less tention. 😬 I could use advice too.
