I went out to the coop this afternoon and found this weird chicken diarrhea. Is this normal? It is everywhere. Outside and leading to the coop.

About every 8 to 12 poops, they drop one of these special gifts. they're smelly, like really smelly! but it's normal. notice mine seem to drop them more often in the morning when I first let them out, but they can happen any time.
