    Thank you the info does help a lot. I was noticing that the wheaten roos look a lot like the black coppers. Are they the same? And so the blues come from the blue/black coppers but just don't carry the birchen gene. Is that correct? Sorry for so many questions.

    So being pretty new to the Marans scene, do the blue Marans come from the Blue Coppers and they just don't have the copper coloring? And how do you get the wheatens? I've been trying to figure this out. Thanks.
