We're not sure if another chicken did it because she did have some blood on her beak. We have had to stop her from going at it since we found her. We did clean the wound with Vetericyn plus. Any ideas on how to keep her from pecking it without having to supervise her 24/7?

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all the help. I will keep checking in and posting updates. This is the first time I've had chickens since I was kid helping my grandpa with his chickens so I'm definitely new to all of this.
