A good article, thank you for writing it. I do have some questions though. I am also new a Sizzle breeding so excuse me if I am incorrect. I believe your bird is a Frizzle Something. The comb is all wrong for a Frizzle Sizzle. A Sizzle is supposed to have a comb like a Silkie and have all...
I hung some leftover spaghetti last night from the chicken wire covering to my silkie brooder. They went nuts jumping up and down getting the treats. I agree. I have paid alot of money to laugh that hard. spaghetti dinner, $8. spaghetti silkies...Priceless.
I used to have a Galah Rose-breasted Cockatoo, who attacked himself all the time on the wings when upset. Yes, I was given a crazy bird to save. When he attacked himself I would throw whatever I had handy on him to stop his bleeding wings and chest. Corn Starch, Flour, Sugar works also...

got this from a friend of mine thought I would share.
"reuger will be coming out with a new pistol in honor of the Senate and House of Representatives. it will be called the Congressman. it doesn't work and you cant' fire it."
On the silkie thread again. Took this to show what a pair would look like. I don't know if these are M/F yet but this is what a breeding pair should look like from what I have learned so far. A sizzle and a smooth. Any other input please! I am new at this too.
