    duck or chicken egg?

    We got an egg today that is 3.1 ounces, and white. We have 2 pekin ducks that are about 4 or 5 months old, and 6 month old hens of various breeds. How can we tell what layed this monster of an egg!?

    Pullet with curled toes

    I have a 3 month old chicken that is hobbling around. She can bear weight on one leg but not the other. Her toes seem to be curled around towards her body, and she can't walk on it. She is secluded from the other chickens and seems to be eating and drinking, just can't walk. What should I do...
