Pullet with curled toes

I have a 3 month old chicken that is hobbling around. She can bear weight on one leg but not the other. Her toes seem to be curled around towards her body, and she can't walk on it. She is secluded from the other chickens and seems to be eating and drinking, just can't walk. What should I do?

I am going to try to post a picture if I can figure out how...
