Baby chick blind and curled toes.

So I need help here. I had a batch of baby chicks born. Ayman Cemani to be exact. And I got 1 little guy that has come out and can't open his eyes, and his toes are curled in. I don't know what to do. Ive tried some egg yolk, and sugar water and its kinda eating it. But I have no idea how im going to show it to eat regular feed. The bigger problem is its toes. They're both curled up like its trying to grab something. Idk if hes going to survive. Idk what to do. Any help would be great

Get some chicken vitamins with riboflavin or get some human vitamin B complex, and give 1/4 tablet crushed into a spoonful of water daily. Give it with a dropped or add to some food. Can you post any pictures? Can you open the eyes and clean them with saline or eye drops? Here is a good link on how to make a shoe for curled toes:
