    I don’t pet him when he’s like that. He gets to my arms when I feed them and top up their water. I have tried the holding him down but he continues to try bite me. The broom does work but the minute it is put down he tried to bite again

    He’s doing great now. The vet gave us some meds and the part of the penis that had tuned gangrenous just fell off, leaving the healthy tissue. This does mean he cannot mate but he was never wanted for breeding.
