    Can a chicken only use one eye?

    One of my roosters was pecked as a chick damaging one of his eyes, but he is still able to eat and drink and at times he gets a little unbalanced and can cock his head to the side, but other than that he is doing well without that eye (playing, foraging, etc.) Hope that helps!

    The rest of the flock seems to be fine. They are eating and drinking and aren’t showing any signs of sickness at this moment. They also are active and foraging.

    Originally one of our broody hens sat on 7 eggs and other hens started laying more. Then we had 9 eggs under our hen and marked them so we would be able to tell the difference.
