Giving up chicken for its aggression..

If anyones still here i have the pictures. Dinensions are here: the coop is 5’ 3 1/2” x 4’. The roost is 1’ 8” off the ground, 5 1/2” wide, 1” thick, and 3’ 4” long. The run, i’m guessing their dirt area, is 10’ 6” long x 4’ wide. The ramp is 4’ long and 1’ 6” off the ground using cinderblocks...

Giving up chicken for its aggression..

The 3x3 thing was just a really dumb assumption and now that i think about it thats not large and makes no sense. Maybe 6x6 but again i’ll get measurements Friday. And she’s getting bullied, not bullying the chickens. Se hasn’t attacked anyone but us and my friend, but the liability reason is...

I pick them up and study them all the time, i don’t think i’ve seen mites.. and like kids they personallt don’t like greens, only grass and tomatoes. Only time they run out of food is if someone doesn’t fill it well, usually theres a tiny bit left and they have spilled food in the coop to eat...

Heres the feeder in the corner. My construction teacher helped us make a pvc feeder and i love the idea but my teacher hasn’t used it yet.. what could we give for protein? I’m breeding mealworms but i heard they’re high in it and that we shouldn’t feed too much. They could eat chicken which i...

Giving up chicken for its aggression..

Funny i knew someone would ask this, yikes i’ll have to check when i can find the time to go back, maybe Friday. I can post a pic but its not fully in shot. Guesstimating, id say its maybe a 3x3 or 4x4 inside the coop with a space under the same size of course, but its 3 or 4 x maybe 6 to...

They get purina premium poultry feed, 8 ounces each chicken, size of a solo cup.. they get fruits when we have some to give. I give them a share of my breakfast biscuits and fruit cups from school, of course only the fresh fruit ones like honeydew and not in any sweetener. I catch cockroaches...
