Giving up chicken for its aggression..

If anyones still here i have the pictures. Dinensions are here: the coop is 5’ 3 1/2” x 4’. The roost is 1’ 8” off the ground, 5 1/2” wide, 1” thick, and 3’ 4” long. The run, i’m guessing their dirt area, is 10’ 6” long x 4’ wide. The ramp is 4’ long and 1’ 6” off the ground using cinderblocks to hold it up. And their range is 32’ x32’. Pics are below, i didn’t take pictures of all the chickens sores because they’re pretty much the same, around the crop and the belly but not as bad as the agressive one which is who i took the pic of, she has it bad, everyone else’s red spot is mild, the other chicken i pictured is who i think is alpha because of the waddle size but in the pic she’s got a small tail feathers, her butt is covered. Theses only another chicken who looks well kept with a big waddle and tailfeather so she might be head if i’m wrong. In the pic of the chickens red but n nakedness you can also see her bumblefoot is worse (than when i saw it last). The ramp is poopy but i cleaned it, wish the kids would.
