    2 black chicks are 5 weeks + 2 days. Named Tiger and Zebra. Thought we were getting Plymouth Barred Rocks, but they clearly are not. Breeder was also selling “Red Rock Cross” so I assume that’s what they are. I understand that to be Black Sex Linked (aka Black Star). If I am correct that means...

    Realized the 2 chicks we thought were Plymouth Barred Rocks and actually Black Sex Links! My 4 year old already named them Tiger and Zebra and we will keep the names even though they won’t have stripes.
