    Getting better at this....

    Just thought I hello. I have been offline for a few months. My quail are doing great Have pleanty of eggs now. Here is a quick shot off my cell phone of the new babies born 2 days ago. (60+ chicks)

    I will try to take a pic or two just to show ya'll what they look like. It does not matter to me what they are really. The wife liked them so I got them. The guy I got them from has A&M's there though.

    Well as of this morning I now have a total of 16 quail two of them I got for the wife. They are whites with a black spot on their heads. They are in a much safer place this time They are all out of the same batch (not sure of the whites) as the first ones I got so they are all the same age...

    A good scope will give you plenty of light even with moon light to get a shot off.

    Well I pick up 10 more on Wednesday and they will go in one of my inside pens till I can get the pen of the ground and up on to stands.

    Something (I think a cat) killed 5 of them today. Only 4 left out of 10 . Pulled them through the wire as small as it is or most of the way through.
