    she was hatched in april and it has been going on for her duration in her outdoor coop. She just doesnt want to be a chicken. I dont know how to make her, and I just wish she would feel better with her own kind. I feel like a terrible "mom!"

    Ok. All their combs are BRIGHT and they have otherwise looked ready for a long time.     Are my bird babies pet or show?

    I credit most of their small size issue to my generally bad feeding program for the first few weeks of their life. The pic is a few weeks old and they've gotten bigger already I think. I do have to say the Orps are the BEST birds I have. they are legit cuddly.
