We have 7 older girls. The young ones 17 weeks. The have been in the same run with chicken wire separating then so the have seen each other since they were12 week. We let them together Sunday but they slept in the shed and not in the coop but last night we put them in the coop. Not sure what...
Hello we have added our 2 groups together. One of our rot little girls is bleeding behind her comb. What should we do? Should I Put on it. They are all in the same coop and it appeared they were ok but I found this this afternoon. I'm so sad!
The same thing happiest to my EE. They were nice green eggs then they stopped I to thought they had stopped laying but today I opened the roosting box and she was in there. I waited for her to come out and there was a tan egg. How does the color change?
We actually looked at you tube. We cut only one side as well. They didn't fly over but we ended up covering the run with netting due to a nice big hawk. Attempting to visit out girls .
Mine love corn on the cob. They also love cabbage I put hook Luke you hand a plant on screwed into the core and hang the head of cabbage down and the love it.
My 2 Easter eggers have not layed any eggs since last week. Not sure what's going on. All the other girls are fine. We did get 5 12 week old girls but have them separated by fence and the are not in the coop together but the Easter eggers don't even seem to pay any attention to the new girls...
