The chest definitely indicates silver laced wyandotte, but the comb and other coloring are from another breed. My guess would be the welsummer. He's a handsome "mutt" regardless.

I've never heard of the rubber chips either, but I would highly recommend sand.

A comb that size and that color in such a young chicks says roo to me. Looks like a mix... of what I have no idea.
