Here are two of my 11 week old EE's

Anyone have an opinion if they are roo's or hens?

If you think it's a roo please let me know how confident you are because I'm going out of town soon and I'm not alowed to have roos. Dont want to take a chance of it starting to crow while I'm away.

I have 3 pics of each bird.

I thought my 9 week old EE was a hen, but "she" has been crowing, and after posting pics, everyone told me, roo...here's a pic of her:

I still wonder, but she crows like the boys, and chest bumps them, like all my other roos do..."fighting" I suppose...

One of my other roos, now you can see why I was confused, see how large his comb is? This top one, none....

the color patern on both SCREAM im a roo if you whant to be for shure look for pointed sadel feathers coming in if the are then you know 100% that it is a roo

the feathers are what finally did it for me...when "she" would go after the other roos, those feathers would "hackle" up., just like a roo! any of that behavior in yours? You can't trust the comb, that is for certain.

There's always the chance that it can be an early maturing hen, but odds are you've got a boy. The comb and feathers are saying rooster.
