Yea that might be a good idea, but the thing is that she doesn't eat it, she's not interested in anything. She doesn't even let me force feed her anymore she just spits the food out.
Oh man, that does sound bad, keep an eye on your cat though, if you notice the eye getting worse you really have to send it to the vet because it can be dangerous.
My baby chick hatched out for about 4-5 days ago! Everything seemed normal, she was active, walking on her own, fluffed up, nothing absolutely nothing seemed to be going wrong, at least that's what I thought. I noticed something weird though, she was pecking a lot, like the usual chicks, she...
Maybe he got stung by a insect or something. Happened to my cat too, you should send him to the vet, thats what I did. Wish you the best of luck though!
My baby chick just hatched yesterday, he did have a problem at first because his umbilical cord was still stuck to his shell and after he tried to take it off of him, he bled out a little. He was really weak at first, didn't do anything except sleep all day long. He started being more active...
I used a homemade incubator that I built on my own. One of the chicks did pip but the pipped on the wron end. I took a piece of the shell off so he/she could breath. It has been 10 hours since it pipped. It is breathing and chirping. Should I do something else, or just wait? No update yet on my...
I mean the chick was moving inside the egg, I candled it. And one of the eggs is wiggling a lot and the one I was worried about. I guess everything is okay then. Thank you though.
hi, so I candled my eggs today in the morning to see if anything different is happening and if the chicks are alive. I already put them on lockdown. Egg nr. 1 is a light brown you can see through it pretty well and the air sac was getting so much bigger and so was the chick nothing weird...
the first person i know of in this website that made a homemade incubator, i always hatched my chicken eggs in my homemade incubator, it worked great!! I set up 20 eggs and all of them hatch, i had no quitters! It actually depends on the eggs too but the incubator plays a important role too...
They're mixed breeds. This isn't the first time I have hatched chicken eggs, on my last batch u could clearly see an embryo and veins on day 3! That's why I'm concerned.
My eggs are from a mixed hen and a Vorwerk rooster.
hi, today is day 16 since I have been incubating chicken eggs. I started off with 10 eggs and ended up with 3 eggs. Some of them died during the incubating period and some were infertile. Something I noticed from the beginning was that, I started candling my eggs as soon as they were 2 days old...
It depends on the day if u see blood vessels, the chick moving around a little bit and the air sac becoming larger than everything is fine, even if u don't see the chick moving its totally fine, what matters is that the veins are very visible, if the chick died the veins start disappearing, it...
Hi, That does sound bad, have u tried the water test? Grab some eggs that havent pipped or dont have any cracks and slowly/carefully put them in warm water, if the egg moves in the water then that means its alive if not it probably died. Did u have any incidents during the incubating, did the...
