This is them at 2 maybe 3 days old :)
and now 2 weeks old and doing great! also got rid of the red light and got them the mama heating pad set up :)
oh ok so the yellow legs is normal in some? and ty :) i love my buffs they are the first out the door to see me in the mornings and love to be picked up :) very sweet girls
i bought these little sweeties at tractor supply when they were just 3 days old and they were in a bin marked Buff Orpingtons...but seeing the leg color in one so yellow i was thinking maybe she is something else? or a rooster? not really sure. any help would be great :) they will be six weeks...
I have to say i am so happy i found this post!!! I made my little 1 week old chicky babies one and they are in heaven! i "was" using the red heating light. and my girls were awake off and on all night. and they are being kept in the house for now. and the first night i was shocked! i didnt hear...
I have read and read sooo much on what to not get and what to get....i just need some help with which one at lowes i can buy? i do not know of any places to buy sand from plus the way my coop is set up it would just be easier for me to buy bags. soooo if anyone knows for sure which kind i need...
