    I use fans in the coop and run. I no longer have a fly or mosquito problem. They also keep my chickens cooler during these hot and humid days.

    Cleaning cecal poop

    I cover it with PDZ, let it set a minute and scrape it off with my putty knife. It comes right off and I drop it into my poop bucket. If it needs cleaning I wipe it with a damp rag, but it usually doesn't need to be cleaned.

    Slow Developing Chicken

    I have a chick that had a difficult time at first. It was slow growing the first three weeks. Now, at six weeks, the chick is doing much better and growing by the day. Maybe some just take a little more time to adjust to life.

    I refill daily, sometimes twice a day and wash every other day. I've been going out every three hours to add ice to the water.
