    We went for DH cat scan at the oncologist. Awaiting those results and also the DNA blood reports which will probably take another two weeks for those results. We are spoiled with the patient portal

    Home grown veggies are always best because they can be harvested young so they don't have tough skin

    That sounds good. What brand corn do you use? A lot of corn has tough skin, hard to digest

    I cheated with the beef barley soup this time. I browned some cubed beef in the pressure cooker, dumped in a can of progressive beef barley soup and some water.
