    Thanks Gail...I think I've decided against the OSB. Going to go with the original Exterior grade Plywood and seal edges / prime and paint.

    Thanks, I'll take a look into it. I've done a bit or research and I see that boat-builders use low viscosity epoxy to seal edges of ply. If I can track this down...seal the edges of the cuts and the openings for to pop hole and nesting box...then I should be able to paint with a good quality...
