    Abandoned nest started to hatch. Now what?

    A friend of mine had a hen abandon a nest and a day later they are starting to hatch. She asked me to come get them and I'm wondering what to do. I turned on my incubator. I figure I'll put them in there for a few days to see what happens. It's to cold at night to leave them alone in the nest.

    I let some go a few weeks longer and got some 10 lb. cleaned birds. Like small turkeys. Nice size for parties. I cook them whole on the bbq. The best ever. I have not bought chicken in 1 1/2 yrs. LOVE IT!!!!!
