Hatched chick hasnt absorbed yolk fully, will it be ok?
My duck is sitting there with the umbilical cord attached to it can I cut it I do not see any more yolk please help!?! I am clueless- M4R Ranch

Yes this is normal if their foid & water bowls ate open containers. The only way to stop it is to get the typical poultry waterer & feeder. Hope this helps :) -

I have 3 pekin ducks, 2 Drakes & 1 Hen who had just started to lay eggs, I have seen two eggs pushed out of the nest, does this mean they are not fertile? The first egg is 2 days so I don't think candling them would do any good! Also I would prefer to wait to collect the eggs until I know if...
