ME. too! but Im in Dixon and have been "stuck" in MO since '06. Its OK now, now that we are out in the country and away from post. I do miss WA, but chickens,, kids and othr critters keep me content. btw, welcome to BYC and MO- Mamabear66

Well, Im back! and I have EEs BUT now I also have REAL Araucana, too...finally! I NOW know the difference between Araucana, Ameraucana and EE...my EEs are very skiddish but love having them in my free range flock...you certainly dont know what you're getting just by looking at the chicks. Angela, I bought 30 chickens at the end of April. Im new too, and had NO coop for my chicks(they were only days old and another set were 2 wks old). I ended up making a coop n yard soon after because I learned how quickly these lil guys grew. BYC has loads of info, but if you'd like to talk to...- Mamabear66

Im in Dixon and I know there is a framer w lot of various chickens. that's where our local feed store get them. There are few people in Mid MO that have several chickens as well, that sell, swap or whatever on Chicken Swap of MO...- Mamabear66

Look under everyone's profile picture...it should say where they are from. I'm from Dixon, not too terribly far from you. GO look up Chicken Swap of Missouri on FB.
