Nearly finished just needs siding, door on the nest boxes and decide what kind of hen door I want. Not bad for having no plans and less than 24 hours lol
We are building it on posts so it will be above ground, just can't cement the posts right now. It's like an underwater water source if that makes any sense lol
Stayed up late throwing together this 4x4 for our 6 pullets since April showers here mean a flooded backyard we can't work on the permanent coop.

We compared the price of materials and are building ours. It was around $700 to buy one I wanted and my husband figured he could build something better for around $500.
Spent the past 2 days whipping up a new brooder for our 6 Pullets and 2 ducklings. Really pleased with how it turned out considering it only cost around $20 (maybe less) to throw together. Most of the items we had on hand.
