    You sure can! :) Chicken stock is low acid, so I pressure can it following the canning instructions in the Ball Blue Book, at 10lbs of pressure (for my altitude). We can beef and pork stocks too. ETA: vegetable stock as well.

    The past few days I have canned 8 half pints of raspberry jam, 9 half pints of blueberry jam, 14 quarts of apple pie filling, and 8 half pints + 3 (12 oz) jars of apple juice. Tomorrow I'll start chicken stock, we're just about out. This thread is so motivating for me, thanks for sharing everyone!
