    I will keep the flying in mind!! Hopefully by then they will be in their coop! Have them in large Rubbermaid totes - about 45 out of 92 have hatched so far. Buying more lights today as we had thought about having 40 or so in each box but may have about 20 in each.

    Day 19

    Ok so supposedly locked down incubator today - but having one heck of a time trying to keep it at 99.5 and humidity where it needs to be - took out egg turner and temps have been anywhere from 96 to 103! Making me crazy!!

    New to hatching eggs - help please

    There should be humidity level/hygrometer on top of the incubator. On mine this reads between 50-60% while my digital one reads 40%. i have had condensation on the incubator windows so i feel the hygrometer on the incubator is more accurate.

    Thanks!! So wish we could do chickens too but don't think the neighbors would like it! Mb if we gave them some eggs
