    We came home after picking up the kids, there was flash flooding and we found one of our babies had been attacked. They have been perching on the coop by the pen’s fence, so my guess is it was attacked through the fence We have heard iodine? What else can we do? I noticed an exposed bone...

    ok so the next thing Im not extracting clearly is the ventilation everyone keeps talking about, where on the coop does this need to be placed? I was just figuring more toward the top

    so as it stands the roof is removable (and actually has been so I could modify it to add ventilation as you all are suggesting. Everything Im reading is that coop doesn't need to be taller than 2 feet with about 12" being the mid point for the roost. as of now, the door embedded the fence side...

    Awesome! I was actually thinking of doing that. We downsized the coop from what we had, the run will be pretty sizable (8' x 20') They will also be free range like our last flock. We never had any problems until the raccoon found her way in at night. Rosemary was too scared to go in the coop...

    Sure! Here is a couple the day we brought them home and some I just snapped of them in my brooder box! I'd be very thankful if anyone could help me guess the age of them so I can better take care of them
