Hello there! I am a new chicken owner in the Ca Central Valley, since September of this year. I have gone from only wanting chickens for eggs to a deeper appreciation for chickens themselves, desiring to collect different breeds for color and pattern. They are little art forms AND you get eggs! Not to shabby for a hobby! I am hoping to learn from people on this forum and glean ideas to take care of my own flock!
