I can't find anyone to do the procedure. Has anyone ever heard of it being done at home?

Did anyone ever discover the name of the book which described the decrowing procedure? I know it can be done at home because I once knew someone who did it often. i think he used a hot wire to get it done.

I had a friend who knew how to do it but unfortunately he has long since passed away.

Does anyone know of any techniques for decrowing young roosters. When I was a child I knew a farmer who would de crow his roosters but I never learned the technique. If anyone is aware of such a technique please respond or email me at : [email protected]. Thanks! Mark
